The Black Butler Volume IV

I'm not quite sure where this one was going.  From Volume III I thought that characters that knew Sebastian from a previous experience would be coming into the picture.  That doesn't appear to be the case.  They were just passing through.  It looks like the set up to an epic battle but it isn't.
